About Mend Sculpt
Mend Sculpt is a modern Pilates Studio located in Scarborough Maine.
Dr Tracey and Dr Victor St John founded Mend Sculpt as an expansion to their health and wellness chiropractic clinic. Our mission is to Mend the Gap between pilates training and injury prevention through balanced pilates principles.
Our Pilates Studio is set in an intimate, unique and safe space to learn, practice and feel your best. The studio offers small pod classes (8 people max) in a non gym environment to ensure an enhanced and intimate learning experience as well as private and semi private sessions either one of our licensed health care providers/ instructors.
Our classes focus on the reformer machine for exercise. The reformer is a bed, with a sliding carriage, connected to springs of various weights, and straps on pulleys. We love it because it’s a low impact form of exercise, We offer a variety of group reformer classes tailored to anyones skill level, providing a unique and safe space to learn, practice and feel your best at Pilates!
We are dedicated to your individual health goals utilizing premium studio grade reformers for the most luxurious Pilates experience. What sets us apart is our instructors are not only certified in Pilates but are also licensed doctors of Chiropractic, Physical Therapist and registered dietitians. Our clinicians share a unique knowledge base to help you meet and achieve your health goals!

Tracey St JohnDr Tracey St. John is a sports chiropractor and movement specialist dedicated to helping clients restore balance, strength, and alignment through Pilates-based wellness. With years of experience treating muscular dysfunction and imbalance, Dr. St. John brings a deep understanding of how the body moves — and how it heals — to every session at MEND Sculpt.
Her journey with Pilates began in 2010, when she discovered its power to enhance strength, mobility, and body awareness. Under the mentorship of Grace Wang at Grace Anatomy Pilates in Studio City, California, Tracey completed her teacher training and developed a lifelong appreciation for the Pilates method.
Together with her husband, Dr. Victor St. John, she expanded her expertise by bringing this evidence-based, anatomy-focused approach to Scarborough, Maine. At MEND Sculpt, Dr. St. John combines her chiropractic knowledge with Pilates principles to create a unique, functional fitness experience.
Dr. St. John’s mission is simple: to help every client move better, feel stronger, and find their body’s natural balance — one mindful movement at a time. -
Victor St JohnDr. Victor St. John is a chiropractor and health professional with over 20 years of experience in the wellness industry. Starting as a private trainer at the prestigous Sports Club/LA, he was first introduced to Pilates.
His passion for Pilates led him to achieve certification under renowned instructor Grace Wang, who is known for her innovative approach to Pilates in the heart Studio City, CA. -
Meghan FieldMeghan is a passionate Pilates teacher and experienced dietitian dedicated to helping clients achieve strength, balance, and overall well-being. With a deep understanding of movement and nutrition, Meghan takes a holistic approach to health, empowering individuals to build a strong body and fuel it with optimal nutrition.
Whether guiding clients through mindful Pilates sessions or providing expert dietary advice, Meghan is committed to fostering sustainable, healthy lifestyles. -
Nicole GuiteNicole graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in physical therapy and has been in practice for over 25 years. She is also a certified NASM Personal Trainor and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Nicole prides herself on being a lifelong learner who is deeply committed to holistic wellness and movement based medicine.
She began practicing mat Pilates 20 years ago as a safe and effective way to return to fitness after pregnancy. Since then, she has loved how Pilates combines mindful core connection with challenging movements to enhance athletic performance and support injury prevention and recovery. She finds reformer Pilates is a unique practice that is fun, challenging, centering and engaging while building strength and resilience in the body.
Nicole is trained by Grace Wang of Stott lineage and Functional Pilates of BASI Pilates method lineage. Nicole is excited to bring Pilates to the community so that anyone can be the best version of themselves wherever they are in their physical health journey.

Your Label

Our contemporary pilates classes do not require you to have years of pilates training. You do not have to be a former dancer or gymnast to enjoy pilates. Our studio welcomes all levels of pilates.

Do I need to wear grip socks?Yes, you may bring your own pair to wear, however if you do not bring your own socks, you will be able to purchase a pair at our studio.

What do I need to bring to class?You’re welcome to bring a towel and water as well, though these are optional. Everything else you’ll need is provided here! Don’t forget to also bring grip socks and wear comfortable workout attire

What is your Cancellation policy?Group pod classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. All cancellations and rescheduling must occur prior to the cancellation window or the session will be deducted from your account.

What if I’m dealing with an injury?All classes at our studio are designed for post-rehabilitative care. If you’re in need of chiropractic, physical therapy, or nutrition you’re in luck!! Our Pilates instructors are also licensed health care providers. We can easily book a separate treatment appointment from Pilates classes, to address any nagging injuries.
